Sizes/Essential Oil Options: 8oz in either Lavender or Eucalyptus

Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Eucalyptus globules (Eucalyptus) Oil or Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Essential Oil.
Bath: Add one cup 8 oz of Soaking Salts to your WARM bath water. Allow the salts to melt before getting into the bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Shower: Add about 4 oz to the bottom of the shower before turning on. Turn the shower on hot, then turn down to a temperature you can handle and enjoy the refreshing steam.
